Virginia Home Title & Settlements will perform title examinations for you, the lender, in order to provide a marketable title. We work closely with processors and closers, obtaining surveys, homeowners insurance information, flood insurance information, termite/moisture letters and all other lender requirements.

Virginia Home Title & Settlements will perform the closing of your loan and deliver recording documents to the appropriate courthouse for recordation. Upon receipt of the recorded documents, we will prepare the final title insurance policy and mail the original recorded Deeds of Trust and the final original Title Insurance Policy to the Lender as quickly as possible. Lien releases are tracked and verified by our Post Closing Department.
